Complaints Procedures

The staff of Gemstones Gymnastics Club will always endeavour to treat all gymnasts with care and ensure that they act in the best interests of all participants and parents involved within the Club in a professional manner.


However, if any matters arise that you would like to discuss please contact the Club Secretary. If a matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, there are procedures for complaints or appeal.


The first point of contact in any instance should be the coach in charge of the session or, if that is not possible or appropriate, the Club Welfare Officer (Gloria Grant). If there is not a satisfactory outcome, the next point of referral is to the Head Coach (Jade Eden).
